§ 1 Scope

These terms apply to spyps.com. The operator is Petrach e.K. Users are customers (job posters) and agents (inspectors). Use is limited to adults (18 years and over).

§ 2 SPYPS service

SPYPS operates a marketplace for on-site inspection jobs. SPYPS connects customers with independent agents. SPYPS does not perform inspections itself and is not a party to purchase, rental or other contracts between customers and third parties.

§ 3 Account

Publishing jobs requires an account. Customers may choose username and password; email and phone are optional. Without those contacts, account recovery is limited. Keep credentials confidential.

§ 4 Publishing inspection jobs

By accepting these terms and clicking “Publish job”, the customer instructs SPYPS to match agents, confirms the accuracy of their information and authorises publication. SPYPS records consent (version, timestamp, technical proof data). Unlawful or misleading jobs are prohibited.

§ 5 Matching

Jobs are offered to agents in the relevant region. Before an agent is selected, customer contact and address details are generally not fully disclosed. SPYPS does not guarantee agent availability in every region.

§ 6 Performance

The agent performs the inspection independently on site. Reports reflect observations at the time of inspection. SPYPS does not guarantee purchase or rental decisions.

§ 7 Payment

No payment is made in advance. Payment becomes due only when the customer accepts the finished inspection report. Fees are based on the chosen budget and the displayed terms. SPYPS may retain a platform fee; details are shown transparently before payment.

§ 8 Cancellation and disputes

Cancellation before the inspection starts according to the rules shown on the job. Disputes about inspection quality via the platform dispute process.

§ 9 User obligations

Provide accurate information, do not violate laws, do not manipulate the platform, interact respectfully, and only upload media you are entitled to use.

§ 10 Content

Customers and agents grant SPYPS the usage rights required for matching and delivery. Copyright remains with the creator.

§ 11 Liability

Unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, only for breach of essential obligations, limited to typical foreseeable damage. No liability for purchase decisions, third-party actions or force majeure. Agents are independently liable for their inspections.

§ 12 Availability and changes

No guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Material changes to these terms will be marked with a new version number.

§ 13 Termination

Account deletion is possible at any time unless open jobs or legal retention obligations prevent it. SPYPS may suspend accounts for serious violations.

§ 14 Privacy

The privacy policy applies at spyps.com/en/legal/privacy and spyps.com/de/legal/privacy.

§ 15 Governing law

German law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the user's EU country of residence remain unaffected. Place of jurisdiction for merchants: Bremen.
